Evaluate By SavannaCX - Customer Experience Evaluation Platform

1. Platform Overview & Purpose

1.1 Service Description

  • Evaluate By SavannaCX is a customer experience evaluation platform
  • Registered evaluators conduct mystery shopping and CX assessments for our clients
  • Evaluators receive compensation for successfully completed assignments
  • The platform connects brands with evaluators to improve customer experiences

1.2 Platform Access

  • Access granted exclusively for evaluation purposes
  • Commercial use or platform resale is strictly prohibited
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • Platform access may be limited based on assignment availability

2. Evaluator Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older with valid government-issued ID
  • Provide accurate personal information during registration
  • Maintain updated contact and payment details
  • One active account per individual - duplicate accounts prohibited

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

  • Currently available to residents of Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Africa
  • Assignment availability varies by location and client requirements
  • You may only evaluate locations within your country of residence

3. Evaluation Assignments & Process

3.1 Assignment Acceptance

  • Only accept assignments you can complete within specified deadlines
  • Review all assignment requirements and instructions before acceptance
  • Assignment commitment is binding once accepted
  • Cancel only in exceptional circumstances with proper notice

3.2 Evaluation Conduct

  • Maintain complete confidentiality about your evaluator role
  • Conduct evaluations objectively and professionally
  • Provide honest, accurate feedback based on actual experiences
  • Follow all specific client instructions and evaluation criteria

3.3 Submission Requirements

  • Submit complete evaluation reports by stated deadlines
  • Include all required photos, receipts, and supporting documentation
  • Ensure report accuracy and completeness before submission
  • Late submissions may result in non-payment

4. Compensation & Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Structure

  • Compensation amounts specified in each assignment description
  • Payments only for approved, completed evaluations
  • Must meet all assignment requirements to qualify for payment
  • Payment amounts vary based on assignment complexity and duration

4.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments processed within 14-21 business days after approval
  • Kenya: M-Pesa payments (registered Safaricom line required)
  • Other countries: PayPal payments (verified account required)
  • Ensure accurate payment details in your profile

4.3 Reimbursement Policy

  • Purchase reimbursements capped at assignment-specified amounts
  • Purchases below required amount will not be supplemented
  • Transportation and incidental costs are not reimbursable
  • Keep all original receipts for reimbursement claims

5. Confidentiality & Data Protection

5.1 Client Confidentiality

  • All client information and evaluation criteria are strictly confidential
  • Do not disclose assignment details or client identities to third parties
  • Maintain secrecy about your role as a mystery shopper during evaluations
  • Client data may only be used for evaluation purposes

5.2 Platform Data Security

  • Do not scrape, copy, or misuse platform content
  • Respect SavannaCX's intellectual property rights
  • Report data security concerns immediately to our support team
  • Keep login credentials secure and confidential

5.3 Personal Data Protection

  • We collect necessary personal data for verification and payments
  • Your data is stored securely and used only for platform operations
  • We comply with applicable data protection regulations
  • You may request data deletion upon account closure

6. Evaluator Conduct & Professional Standards

6.1 Professional Behavior

  • Treat all staff and customers with respect during evaluations
  • Maintain professional demeanor at all times
  • Do not disrupt normal business operations
  • Follow all establishment rules and guidelines

6.2 Prohibited Activities

  • No fraudulent or misleading evaluation reports
  • No manipulation of evaluation processes or outcomes
  • No unauthorized data collection or photography
  • No disclosure of your evaluator role to establishment staff
Important: Violation of conduct standards may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending payments.

7. Account Management & Termination

7.1 Account Suspension

  • We may suspend accounts for policy violations or quality issues
  • Suspended accounts may have pending payments withheld
  • You will be notified of suspension reasons via email
  • Right to appeal suspensions through proper channels

7.2 Account Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time
  • SavannaCX may terminate accounts for serious violations
  • Final payments processed according to completion status
  • Terminated accounts cannot be reactivated

8. Platform Availability & Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

  • Platform access provided on an "as available" basis
  • We don't guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access
  • Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability
  • Assignment availability varies and is not guaranteed

8.2 Evaluator Status

  • Evaluators are independent contractors, not employees
  • You're responsible for your own tax obligations
  • No employment benefits or insurance coverage provided
  • You control when and which assignments to accept

Agreement Acceptance

By accessing and using Evaluate By SavannaCX, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You acknowledge your responsibility to maintain professional standards and confidentiality while representing our clients.
